Sound healing

Be guided through a 10-step sound therapy process to work on imbalances you are experiencing

We’ll assess your overall energy imbalances and chosen areas of healing, then use resonant sounds to recalibrate your energy body. These sounds activate your body to regulate stress, mood, thought processing, and your central nervous system.

You’ll receive additional guidance to continue your healing journey outside of the session.
