Cancellation and Refund Policy
Late arrivals
As sessions are booked at specific times, I am unable to extend the session to compensate if you arrive late. If you arrive over 10 minutes late for a session and have not contacted me prior, I will assume you are not attending and will consider this as a cancellation without notice. Any late arrivals after 15 minutes will result in a cancelled session as the time lost prevents me from providing the agreed service with due skill and care.
Issues with technology
The technology I use rarely fails, however technology on occasion can be unpredictable. If for any reason we cannot use the intended video conferencing or AV equipment required, I will attempt to use an alternative method of communication. If the session can no longer be delivered and I am not at fault, I will not offer a refund for the session.
Cancellations and no shows
I understand life can often get in the way. I offer a 48-hour cancellation policy and will refund all cancellations that are over 48 hours in advance of the session. Any cancellations or no shows after the 48-hour cancellation period will not be refunded. If you have cancelled or rescheduled a session twice and fail to attend the third session as agreed, you will forfeit the session and will not be entitled to a refund. For group challenges, the 48-hour cancellation policy applies to the starting date of the challenge. If you miss any group challenge sessions, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
There are no refunds on delivered services that include one-on-one meditation, sound baths, spiritual or sound healing sessions as these are produced personally for you. In the event that you decide you will not utilise your spiritual, meditation, sound baths, energy healing sessions, or group challenges and do not give 48 hours notice, you forfeit the payment made.
Group sound bath and group challenge places are non-transferable and are not eligible to transfer to a future sound bath or challenge unless I have cancelled the session or challenge. Any sessions paid for, that are not scheduled and delivered within 45 days, are void and you will forfeit the payment made.
Exceptional circumstances
I empathise that emergencies happen with little to no warning and the disruption they cause. If you are aware you might not make a session, please let me know and I will try to be as accommodating as possible. If an emergency prevented you from attending a session and from informing me, I will consider rescheduling the appointment, or use my discretion to offer a refund or credit note.
If I cancel a session
If I cancel a session I will give you as much notice as possible to rearrange for another time that suits you. If we are unable to reschedule the session, I will offer you a refund or credit note, whichever is preferable.
